Security

Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Card numbers never touch our servers and we do not store card details at any point.

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. The price on the product page is the price you pay — tracked UK delivery is free on every order, so nothing is added at checkout.

Pre-order billing

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of ordering to reserve your allocation. If a pre-order is cancelled by the publisher, we refund it in full automatically.

Failed payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds leave your account. Any pending authorisation is released by your bank, usually within a few working days.
