Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never received or stored by us.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. They may only use the data to perform that service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Support emails are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@prismavault.shop and we will respond within 30 days.
