By placing an order with Prismavault you agree to the terms below.
Who we are
Prismavault is an independent retailer of sealed trading card game product and accessories. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any card game publisher. All product names, set names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud or reseller abuse of a per-customer limit.
Pricing and availability
Prices and stock can change without notice. Obvious pricing errors are not binding; where one occurs we will contact you and either honour a corrected price with your agreement or cancel and refund in full.
Product information
Set contents, release dates and packaging details are supplied by the publisher and are checked before a listing goes live. Card pull rates are determined by the publisher; we make no guarantee about the contents of any sealed product.
Age
You must be 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
