Shipping policy

Where we ship

Prismavault ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

In-stock orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery estimates

• UK mainland tracked: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Scottish Highlands and Islands: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Peak release periods can add a day or two.

Shipping rates

Tracked UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Heavy multi-case orders may be quoted separately; we will always contact you before charging anything extra.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not updated for five working days, email us and we will open an investigation.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the publisher's release date shown on the product page. If an order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together unless you ask us to split it.

Duties and taxes

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Because we ship within the UK only, there are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery.

Damaged or lost parcels

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and the product and we will replace or refund. Parcels confirmed lost in transit by the carrier are replaced or refunded in full.
